Christopher is following in his big brother's footsteps. Parker took his first steps at 1year, and 6 days. How, on earth, do I remember that? It was the same day as his first year check up and he got a ton of shots and I remember being amazed that after such an ordeal, he'd have the gumption to walk.
Of course, it takes something mildly traumatic for information of any relevane to actually stick in my brain.
I digress.. the NEWS is that, not only is Christopher how 1, he's also walking!! Not around the block or down to the store for milk, but he's taking about 6 or 7 steps at a time now before giving up and resorting to a faster mode of transport - that of the elephant walk.
Happy Birthday little Buddy - just don't stop being my baby too soon, ok?
